Mesembs seeds are VERY TINY and not easy to handle. Zip bags with seeds will look like you got it empty.
Germination rate should be around 50%!

– Viability of seeds should be very high but that also depends on your skills
– Do not expect 100% germination rate, some species have lower some higher rates!
