AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Introduction:
Welcome to the Affiliate Program (the “Program”) of Unusualseeds.net (the “Company”). The Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to promote the Company’s products and earn commissions on resulting sales. By joining the Program, Affiliates agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Affiliate Requirements:
To be eligible for the Program, Affiliates must have a valid website or blog and comply with all Program policies and guidelines. The Company reserves the right to reject any Affiliate for any reason, in its sole discretion.

Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% on all sales generated through their unique referral link. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold.

Marketing Guidelines:
Affiliates may promote the Company’s products through any lawful means, except for spamming or other unethical marketing practices. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and the Company’s policies and guidelines, in connection with their promotion of the products.

Tracking and Reporting:
The Company will track and report Affiliate sales through its affiliate tracking system. Affiliates can access their sales reports through their affiliate account.

Payments and Taxes:
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold. Affiliates are solely responsible for paying any taxes arising from their participation in the Program.

Termination:
The Company may terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. Upon termination, Affiliates will forfeit any outstanding commissions and must remove all promotional materials related to the Program from their website or blog.

Limitation of Liability:
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.

Modification of Terms:
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, in its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions by email.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is located.
